Sore ribs, flu keep Young on bench

Twins outfielder Delmon Young's sore ribs and stomach flu could keep him out of the lineup until the Twins return home to open a three-game series against Cleveland on Friday at Target Field.

Very disappointing start. It hasn't been a lot of fun to watch. Let's go Twins! Turn things around and let's get a win tomorrow!

Just how many Twin are affected by the flu? Seems like a nasty bug that weakens the players and hangs on for days. I would hope they are somehow keeping the sick players away from the healthy ones. We need everyone to get healthy and start turning things around.

Thank god Cal Ripken didn't play for Gardenhire, his longest games played streak would have been about 40 games.
