Assuming the article is accurate which is a 50/50 chance, Minnesota has no jusridiction in Wisconsin - this case will quickly get tossed.

I see this quite often. We have a large portion of the population that are under the impression that laws apply to everyone but them. It's always satisfying to see reality hit home when they figure out where thier cars went. Follwing the law, free. Breaking the law; hook up fee, towing fee, storage fee plus the cost of the fine...priceless.

bormimern. Can't YOU understand what the article said? It said that after he was on the Wisconsin side "officers" helped him get back to the Minnesota side. Nowhere does it say if the officers that "helped " him get back to Minnesota were from Minnesota or Wisconsin. Please go back and read the article more closely before you comment again.
