Adding already legendary college player Maya Moore should go a long way in changing the team's fortunes.

WE GOT HER! CHAMPIONSHIP! Sadly, the Lynx might be our best option for any sort of sporting glory. Twins, Vikings, Wild, Wolves, Gophers Football, Gophers MBB, Gophers WBB, Gophers Hockey, etc....all pathetic.

No wonder the Timberwolves can't win a draft lottery, the Lynx are taking away their luck.

I might have to agree with Bug. The Lynx might have immediately become our best championship option around this area with this draft class. I wouldn't say the Twins are pathetic, but they have to find a way to win in the postseason. Good luck to Moore and the Lynx.

Automatically the best athlete in MN sports. If you're wondering, this is not a compliment.

I hate to rain on the parade but the same things were being said when Augustus first came to town and we have actually gotten worse since then. I will be interested to see if they can find enough shots to satisfy Augustus, Wiggins, and Moore. At the very least, those three should lead the team and show how to play good tough defense...

Hey, bugmenot ... if you want quality in Minnesota sports, you gotta go to Duluth.

I was channel surfing, and caught some of the draft. One knock is that neither really are different from the others, with the exception of height. All they do are lay-ups, mid-range floaters and 3-point shots that look awkward. Now, the only b-ball player that I would love to see if Brittney Grinner. She would probably be league MVP and win a ring, and be the only player folks would give a darn about since Sheryl Swoops.
