Here is a tip... WORKOUT! Blogging cannot help you lose weight unless you are writing your blog while on a treadmill or exercise bike.

SO proud of you, Sarah! Happily knowing you 'before' and 'after,' you have made amazing progress. (That skin & those cheekbones are heaven). You've done a lot of great work for yourself & your awesome family. You ARE an inspiration. I'm dying to get back to WW & get back on track. I wish I could get the drive & motivation back that I had in 2008. All the best!

Losing weight when you’re already old is one of the hardest ways to do. It is true that there are thousand not only hundred reasons to lose weight but these two reasons why people don’t lose weight is the best thing to consider. Lacking of motivation to oneself is always a factor why is it so hard for us to lose weight. The reason behind this is that, we tend to eat more unhealthy foods and keep on hiding to people because it’s too obvious when we are gaining more weight. On the other side, if we just follow the will power, then it will be easier for us to achieve the goal that we are aiming and it is to lose weight.
