The Twins have been mugged by the Yankees in the Bronx and need to quit being such passive victims.

Gardy show some fight it might rub off on the team. Let's go Twins stop moping around and get busy winning.

Gardy will go 0-4 against the Yankees again and they'll say, "Well, what did you expect, they're the Yankees." Then, when everyone's hopes are up in October, they'll go 0-3 against the Yankees again and we'll have to deal with Gardy and the players shrugging their shoulders. In any other market, he would be FIRED, and deservedly so, for his postseason failures.

Minnesota nice is a myth. And Gardy is a fraud.

I agree, the Twins are wimps in vs NY, and the worst is Scott Baker. Joe Nathan is a close second when it comes to wussing out against them.

Not a believer that nice guys finish last. Play solid fundamental baseball and wins will come. Reminds me of a story about being nice. A guy was eating dinner and the beautiful blonde at the next table sneezed and her glass eye flew up in the air. He made a nice one handed grab of it and returned it. She bought him dinner, took him home, and made breakfast in bed the next morning. He asked her if she's always that nice and she said No you just happened to catch my eye.

Here's an idea. Just win tomorrow night. Destroy the demons immediately. Lose tomorrow night and the negative crap just continues. Baker needs to step up and shut the Yanks down. One of his best starts came last year against NY at Target Field. Unfortunately, that game was rained out.

Gardy needs to be fair to his team. Casilla was already benched for game 3, and he was the only Twin with an extra-base hit in the first two games. Joe Nathan, on the other hand, is afforded his closer role while he's clearly not ready to be pitching in the majors yet. Gardy is Minnesota nice... to a handful of players. Everyone else he'll throw under the bus!

The Twins are a bunch of Panzies. i can't wait to see Joe Nathan pee his pants on the mound again. Just like every year in the playoffs. Bada Bing and a Bada Bang.

Maybe it would help if the Twins had their own intimidating post game song like the Yankees' "New York, New York." Songs have been done for New York, Chicago, San Francisco, and Houston among others I suppose, but neither Frank Sinatra nor anyone else has done a good Minnesota song, as far as I know. It's hard to think of a song representative of our fine Minnesota culture. Maybe we could use the "Beer Barrel Polka", or that wedding staple "The Chicken Dance"...I dunno.
