What a pathetic flood season. There were the forecasters telling us it was the end of the world-but-they were wrong. Why did they do that? Well, it turns out that since the Repbulicans are planning on cutting funding for weather that they better make themselves look needed. Translation-we can't have a flodd without them. Sorry. Won't work here. You've been busted.
