A beautiful remodel! Some additional information would be helpful. Cost in relation to the current value of the home? Even with the higher property values in Linden Hills, I'd guess it was probably at least a 1/3 to 1/2 again or more of the cost of the home to the current owners! Also, how long did this take? Could they live in the home while these lovely upgrades were made? Definitely a 'wow' on looks! Beautiful and looks functional too!

Love the idea of keeping the old house and renovating it. Seems like a green idea! Who ever conceived the 70's renovation was an idiot. A great home should have great timeless design. The home now seems to have that quality. Nice to see the neighborhood improvement.
