This guy sounds like he still trying to prove to himself that he can pitch in the majors and you know what? ... He cannot!! Please trade this guy or we will continue to pay.

I like the pictures, especially the one where Carew has his arm around Kubel. It makes me happy to know that we have such awesome, caring alumni who still care about the team and are willing to help the younger guys out. The picture of Nishi made me think that he's going to have a really hard time when he gets down during the season, not being able to talk/vent with teammates or understand their advice. I've been in his situation before, moving to a country where few of my co-workers spoke my language. He's a great ball player, no doubt, but not having any friends to talk to besides the translator can make a person feel pretty disconnected at times. I hope he hits the English books hard--it will make him a better player, teammate, and friend.

'Lacks command' and is 'Satisfied'...that is why he will never be an ace pitcher. How can you be satisfied with doing poorly? Put him in the bullpen or get rid of him...he is NOT someone you can count on!!!!!

Well one time through our three right handers excluding Pavano, Baker and Slowey appear to be the candidates to be moved to the bullpen.

This Guy Is A Head Case It time the Twins get rid of Baker. His body language tells it all. When Baker takes the mound his looks indicate like he knows he is going get shelled. There is no confidence left in him at all. Trade him for two six packs and a package of smokes.

This is and always will be the problem with Scott Baker: he throws almost 40 pitches in 1 2/3 innings, gives up two hits, an earned run, a walk, and hits a batter, and he's "satisfied." Why can't we unload this guy, along with Slowey and turn a page on this rotation once and for all? Liriano, Pavano, Deunsing, Blackie, and Gibson. Simple enough. Why can't we just move on?!

Baker has to go. He has never fallen on the sword once, proclaiming "I sucked". He's the epitome of "never to high, or never to low". Twins need to send him a message. . . let him start the year in the minors and see if it motivates him to be a professional.
