nice article as usual Sid, the worst thing Childress ever did was let Randy "Mr. Podium" Moss enter the locker room. the wheels came off right then and there. I wish Childress well, his record got better every year and we were the best team in all of football last year. I will always root for our Vikings, not like some of the glass-half-empty tight wads around here that don't want to kick in $20 for a Vikings stadium!

"Here's today sport hero, and my close personal friend Brad Childress". I say Good Riddance.

At least Childress has spoken to the media since being fired as Vikings coach unlike that Pasadena Brew character over at the U.

Looks like all the sucking up paid off for Sid. I really hope Chilly gets back in the NFL. Always entertaining to follow his misshaps.

Childress was the most underrated coach in the history of the NFL. He took a team from 6 wins, to 8 wins to 10 wins and then to 12 wins. If it weren't for the NFL wanting the Saints in the Super Bowl because of Hurricane Katrina, the Vikings would be Super Bowl Champs. Mark these words.

It must be the cologne Chilly wears -- Eau de Illusions of Competence.

"Andy Reid has made it clear that Childress can return to his staff at anytime he wants".... Just not as a coach, as a janitor, maybe.
