If Joseph's problems were all about grades, how does he get into Oregon? He sat 1/2 the game against Mich St. with a Goph team that can't hit their rear with either hand. Up temple against Oh.St showed that's the way the team should be playing, to bad they had to lose Joseph to make a point.

Sorry to lose Joseph. He had a great opportunity to be a real student of the game with Tubby. We are fortunate to have a coach who teaches so that it is obvious how much the players improve under his tutelage. It is hard to loose but they really look good. Big Ten basketball needs to change. These players are learning much more about the game than just pushing each other around. Maybe the answer is to just dump the Big Ten refs and use SEC or AC refs for a few years.

Loved Tubby's comment the other day "some people think they are better than they are". Joseph was truly one dimensional. Shoot and shoot some more. His best defensive move was to turn his head as his guy went by him. He handled the ball like a 3rd grader. Too bad he's a quitter. There was potential there, but you have to work at things like that.

Devoe is like his little brother, they only want to play the run and gun. With or without Devoe, the Gophers seem to frequently run out of time on the shot clock. And Devoe, you are still going to have to attend class and do all the other stuff at Oregon too.

Face paced offense? Not anymore. Oregon is about 1 to 2 years away from being an NIT calibir team

Good luck being a "Duck". Play well and keep your head up! Sorry it did not work out here in Minny for you. I want to express my gratitude for 2+ years of B-Ball and a lifetime of memories from the 2010 B10 tourney. Take care old friend, God Bless.
