Must be global warming.
Puts me in mind of a joke I made up in 5th grade. Q: Where does an eskimo keep his money? A: In a snow bank. "Snow Bank" may well be the stadium's new nickname.
Interesting site that compares the various forecasts of the local weather gurus and then grades them on their performance. It's: http://www.minnesotaforecaster.blogspot.com
When did 3-5" of snow in become a headline, panic-worthy event?
Welcome to Minnesota!
3-5 inches who cares we could be like California where they got 8-9 FEET of snow in the mountains!!!
Strange. I tas nver snowed in Minnesota in December before! Obviously more signs of two things: 1)Global warming. 2) the need for a Vikings outdoor stadium.
@Ovie. 3-5 inches of snow on a workday. effects most people in a much more tangible way than any other headline out there...so yes, it is headline worthy. And please point out where it is telling anyone to panic.
Finally you put the weather story somewhere other than in the sports section! I'm more worried about my commute than I am about the football game. Sorry if that's selfish.
