Traditional sellers are waiting for the spring thaw; distress sellers aren't. Result? Lower median sales.

Bottom still coming up. $1.7 trillion in losses this year, higher then last year and the democrats in both state and federal offices are all for raising taxes even higher!... while still pushing the same policies that wrecked the economy and destroyed the hopes and dreams of millions of people while lining the pockets of bankers and wall street traders and politicians.

"Lind said that she's advising her clients not to wait to buy or sell".......Of course not, she's a realtor. If people don't buy or sell she doesn't get paid. Realtors don't give one hoot about you, only about getting your money.
