Build housing??? Hah! How about selling houses? How about going to tax court to get your property tax bill reduced?

How about living in a house because you need to live "somewhere"? Too many people "thought" they could buy and flip after a couple years and make a ton of $. Too many people bought houses at the top of what they "thought" could afford at the time. Too many people don't think.

I don't know much about this guy, his company, or the software used, but the New Urbanists are getting things right. The Congress for the New Urbanism is a fantastic organization and one that might very well save America's built environment come the days of energy shortages.

Rick is certainly on the right track - different, if it is better, sells, even in this economy and housing market.
