Jerry Kill is a winner. Gophers will win. MAC is a crade for successful coaches.

STRIB -- do us a favor and post the records of other coaches. You know, the one's we wanted (see: Leach, Hoke, etc), or even heard of before tonight (see: anyone else).

If this is all Joel Maturi can do in 6 weeks, he needs to go. Give us the records of Leech, Terry Bowden, Chris Peterson and compare them to Jerry Kill. This will be two blown choices for Joel, and another 4 years of futility.

Seems like a good choice -- but this time Maturi must not give a contract that has outrageious terms and expensive payouts -- if the performance is not there. Kill is being paid to WIN.

Just looking at his record, I'd say he is over-qualified for the job. But I'm sure the Gophers will pull him down to their level in the Big 10.
