If those writing the comments undermining this story have to spend their final days in a nursing home, they will be happy if someone is looking out for them. The care provided by many vulnerable persons is not merely poor quality -- it is abusive.

You said: **What would really be news is if you investigated your entire staff, and put any arrests or actions against any of them in the paper.** The difference, of course, is that your life, and the lives of your loved ones, are not in the hands of the staff of this paper. Healthcare professionals are placed in a position of unbelievable trust. When they violate that trust, there is value to the public knowing that.

Shirley Vedder continues to call herself a nurse, even though she's had her license revoked for a decade. Apparently rules don't apply to her - she should be locked up!
