Metro area retailers are reporting dwindling supplies of tin foil hats, Prozac and vodka.
We just went through this. Didnt we at least develop recount plans and procedures 'in case' this ever happened again?
Don't let the GOP steal this one!
"Sutton has raised questions about the integrity of the election, especially in Hennepin County. Sutton says it doesn't "smell right" that the GOP took both state Houses and knocked off Rep. Jim Oberstar but didn't win the governorship."
You've got a pretty short memory Tony. Think back two years ago when the Dem's took the state senate, house, and US senator (in a hotly contested recount), but your GOP jugheaded lout of a governor was reelected. It happens, so shut up and live with it.
For helping elect Mark Dayton.
I'm exhausted from the last recount. I can't believe we have to go through this again. It's going to be hard for Emmer to overcome a 9,000 vote gap. Hopefully he'll realize that as this process unfolds he can save Minnesotans the agony of another recount by conceding.
The recount was a model of proper procedure and a celebration of the rule of law. To suggest that the 2008 recount anything less is an insult to the men and women who worked so diligently to conduct the recount. Perhaps Mr. Sutton would like to count all the ballots himself. I'm sure we could depend on him to come up with a fair result.
...until this state finally has an election where we know the result the next day. Now we have to listen to all the bickering for the next couple of months just like we had to for the Coleman/Franken election.
we will be sorry ,sorry ,sorry
