How about the novel idea of requiring all homes built on a flood plain to have flood insurance in the first place. The state requires that my health insurance cover things like cervical cancer.. which I will never get. How is this any different?

Why not make it illegal to read maps as well?!? Because it takes about the same effort

There should also be a law that mortgage lenders not be greedy, speculative, and incompetent also.

I think it is great that they are restricting the number of passengers, but shouldn't the law read 10PM to 5AM. Shouldn't teens be home by midnight anyway or am I the only parent of a teen with a curfew these days.

It's crazy that there even needs to be a law about not texting while you are driving. It's called COMMON SENSE...anyone...hello?
