Loss leaves wide-eyed Wolves seeing stars

I would've bet my home and car on the Heat. Wolves never had a chance in this one.
David Stern is perfect for running this sham called the NBA. The lottery is fixed, the trades are "approved", the refs are "owned" and paid by the NBA, and the circus makes its way around the country all arriving in the same NBA trucks. Pro wrestling on hardwood! And BTW, why did the NBA sue Tim Donaghy from releasing his book "Blowing The Whistle"? They actually paid him hush money to go away. Have fun at your NBA games. LOL
Did you write the contract with Darko so that every time he scores he forfeits salary?
Tim Donaghy (or however you spell his name) opened up a whole other view of NBA games. But, the Wolves have screwed up their chances by their own mistakes. Hopefully, things can improve with this group. Team defense is a wreck right now. They looked a lot better in pre-season 'dominating' 2nd and 3rd string players on other teams. Oh well, 'hard times develop character'.
I'm a big Darko fan but he needs to regain some confidence in his offensive game. He passively shoots and we need him to be a 10 and 10 guy in order to win. Too bad Beasley got hurt. He was focused and doing a nice job defensively on LeBron. Once Miami got hot tonight from behind the arc, it was over....They're going to be very tough if there role players are hitting their shots. Would like to see Wes Johnson stay aggressive and take it to the hoop.
Did Tolliver run and hide from 'king' james? 16 minutes and 4 points? What happened?
Miami simply toyed with the Wolves. Could have scored 150+ points if they really wanted to.
What to take away from this game: 1) The Heat really, really good. They are the team to beat... in the NBA... for the next 5 years. James and Wade are unstoppable together, Bosh isn't too shabby, and the rest of their guys can hit open shots. 2) The Wolves need to get healthy (not that they would have stood a chance tonight). Wayne Ellington is not a starter and Ridnour would be much better coming off the bench. Luckily Beasley just has a big bruise, but we desperately need Flynn and Webster back. With these two back in the lineup, our rotation will be Flynn, Johnson, Beasley, Love, Darko with Ridnour, Ellington, Webster, Tolliver and Pek. Our starting lineup gets better and our bench gets a lot better.
.. Love goes about his business regardless of who he plays, some boards, some shots, some passes, screens, getting to the boards. Pek played his longest tonite while managing only a few fouls..Going to be interesting to see what he can become.. Only played one game a week in Europe so this season is going to be a real meat grinder. Hope hes got some legs left at the halfway mark. Not sure Beasley was "doing a good job on LeBron" he was mostly dishing it out in the first half, but then maybe he was dishing it becasue Mike was "containing him?? ok, so no one contains the King, maybe some day.. Suck it up Wolves.. at least stay interesting and healthy.
another "who cares" season.
